There is much more than just the WOD that makes a person fitter.  Nutrition, rest/recovery, mobility, and flexibility are also a large part of the equation.  We offer Yoga at least 4 times a month (usually once a week) at no extra charge.  If you’ve been to any of our normal classes you know we put a great deal of emphasis on good position and quality movement.  If you can’t get into that “best” position due to inflexibility you’re not working as efficiently or as safely as you could be.  Enter Sarah

Sarah Maloney-

I’m a Speech Language Pathologist and 200 hour Yoga Alliance trained yoga instructor. I’ve taught swim lessons to children and adults of all ages for years, and previously worked at a community rec center. I love traveling, staying active, the great outdoors, and currently enjoy running, biking, swimming, hiking, kayaking, and of course, I’m addicted to Crossfit. I’ve been a part of the Utility family for 2 years and practicing yoga for 10 years. Flexibility, mindfulness, and body awareness are just a few of the valuable lessons yoga can teach you.
