CrossFit Utility is run in a class format. The class starts at a designated time.
We will warm-up as a group.
There is usually an instructor led skill or lift taught and performed, especially for new members.
Then we get into the meat and potatoes. The WOD or the Workout Of the Day. This could include many different lifts, movements, and/or cardio-vascular work. Everyone performs the WOD to their level of ability. Not everyone can do every movement, and that’s more than OK. ” Scaling” is a term we use for adjusting weights, times, and movements so everyone can get a good workout.
At the conclusion of the WOD we will stretch and call it a day. Usually, 45min. to an hour, start to finish.

Good Morning,
I was wondering if you had a mandatory beginners class? I am already pretty athletic and I am trying to shift my focus from body building to a more functional type of training.
Do you also have any type of showers in the facility?
Do you also offer any military discount?

We do not have a mandatory beginners class. We do have showers. We do not offer a military discount. Please come in and try it out, your first 3 visits are free.
