So…. How do I get started?  There are 2 ways.

#1 Schedule your No Sweat Intro.

Call or email 330-990-3942.  crossfitutility@hotmail.com.  We’ll meet, discuss your goals and fitness background to see if CrossFit Utility is right for you.

 

#2 Or you can call and schedule a free class 330-990-3942.

You will be guided through a normal class with a trainer.  Show up about 10 minutes early.  We’ll have you sign the waiver and discuss your current fitness level.  Everyone “scales” or adjusts workouts depending on thier overall fitness.  We have teenagers to those who can apply for Golden Buckeye cards.

It can be intimidating, but know this, everyone their has had their first day in a CrossFit gym.  We’ve all been there.   No one is going to be “watching” you, they are going to be working out with you focusing on their own workout.  You are not going to get in the way or slow anyone down.  Please try not to be nervous, we have a great community that is very supportive.

Visting for a couple of months and want to see about cost for coming a couple of times a week while I am here.
