Some people can just walk in and do muscle-ups. Doesn’t happen very often but, here ya go. This is the first time Ben has seen muscle-ups in a wod… no biggie…right..?

Many try and try and try and just can’t get them. Some advice; take it or leave it; get really good at pull-ups AND dips, really good. Then work muscle-up progressions till your sick of em.
