CrossFit Lite is 30 to 40 minutes in length and is focused on getting you a great workout in a short amount of time. This class is not as heavy and will not use complicated movements. CF Lite will use many traditional CrossFit movements and principles. You can think of it as just a WOD (Workout Of the Day). If you’ve never done CrossFit before, it’s a great place to start. If you are an experienced CrossFitter, it’s perfect for getting in some extra conditioning work.
Class times will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30am. Cost; member $40, non member $80, drop in $10.
