CrossFit Lite is 30 to 40 minutes in length and is focused on conditioning. This class is not as heavy and will not use complicated movements. CF Lite will use many traditional CrossFit movements and principles. You can think of it as just a WOD (Workout Of the Day).
Class times will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30am. Monday and Wednesday 4:45pm and Friday at 4:15pm. Cost; member $40, non member $80, drop in $10.
