Warm-up

Every two minutes on the minute, 6 sets:
3 touch and go power snatches, with the goal working up at least to workout weight

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:
9 handstand push-ups
6 bar facing burpees 
3 snatches

Cliff is headed back to the CrossFit Games.

At Utility we are all amazed at what this guy can do physically.  He is one of the best in the World at the sport of CrossFit in his age group.  Let that sink in for a second….one of the best on the planet.  Not too many people can say that, as a matter of fact Cliff probably wouldn’t say that.  He wouldn’t say that because he doesn’t boast.  Which brings me to a couple of his most endearing qualities; he’s humble and down to earth.  No matter if he’s talking to the President or a guy he just met on the street he’ll look you in the eye, shake your hand with a smile and ask you how your day is…then he’ll listen.

When it comes to getting work done and gettin’ after it… see pic above.  That’s what you get, 100%.
