Hey All, sometimes you don’t feel like smiling for the camera, believe me, I get it.  You have some coach snapping your pic when you’re 15 minutes deep into a 20 minute lung searing workout, that’s what you feel like.  You know what… that’s perfect.  We’re not here to be pretty.  We’re here to work hard and reap the benefits.  For all you first timers and newbies, don’t be intimidated.  What we do is get uncomfortable.  That may sound odd, but here’s how it works.  You start slow, and build, and build, and push a little harder.  It’s not painful, it’s uncomfortable.  If you are willing to accept being uncomfortable for 45 minutes of your day, we can help you get really fit.
