Lift: Overhead squat 10-8-6-4-2

WOD:
– 5 C2B pull-ups
– 10 push-presses 95/65
– 60 ft. walking lunge with 45/25 lb. plate overhead
* 6 rounds *

Jaquelyn a visiting crossfitter from N. Hollywood, CA demonstrating a very solid overhead squat.  Knees over toes, active shoulders, and an upright torso.
